Mamma Rosetta Carnival sweets 'Favette' with Rice flours
From Mamma Rosetta 'Favette' Recipe
200 g Rice flour ( normal, of Rosso Rosetta Rice or Nero Beppino Rice)
50 g Sugar
50 g Milk
30 g Butter
1 grated Lemon
½ Baking powder spoon
confectioner's sugar q.b.
How to prepare it:
Mix together the egg and the sugar, add the butter and stir constantly until the compound is blended. Add the rice flour and the milk, the baking powder and the grated lemon.
Let it stand for half an hour. Then create small rounded dough ball with the little spoon and fry for a few minutes in a pot with boiling oil.
Let it dry and add the confectioner's sugar on top.
