Two tastes Rice pudding with caramelized orange sauce
VANILLA and BLACK BEPPINO RICE PUDDING with CARAMELIZED ORANGE SAUCE
For 8/10 servings:
1 Riso Melotti Vanilla pudding pack
1 Nero Beppino pudding pack
1 spoon of rice flour
2 sugar spoons
1 l milk
Pout the content of the Vanilla rice pudding into a saucepan. Add 500 ml of cold milk, whisking continuosly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring continuosly , until it starts to thicken. Pour into smaller cups for half cup. Let cool completely.
Prepare now the Nero Beppino pudding in the same way, then add the black pudding to the one you poured into the cups. Let cool.
Pour the orange sauce into a saucepan, add the sugar and the rice flour and stirring for 10 minutes, untile the sauce became caramelized.
Put the sauce on the serving plates and turning pudding on it. Add some pieces of orange on the top, as preferred.
