WHOLEGRAIN ROSSO ROSETTA RICE POLENTA WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:





For 4 Persons:

• 160 gr. of Rosetta Red Rice Wholemeal Polenta
• 1 liter of water
• 200 gr. mixed mushrooms
• 1 onion
• parsley
• salt, pepper and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste

Preparation

Wash the mushrooms and chop them coarsely. Sauté onion (otherwise replace with garlic), pour in the mushrooms and cook them for 10/15 minutes. Bring the previously salted water to a boil in a pan and pour in the Rosetta Red Rice Wholemeal Polenta. Stir repeatedly with a whisk and cook for 15 minutes. Serve the polenta with the mushrooms and decorate with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
